Building Usage Form

The building is available for use by members free of charge for family events. Fill out the form to request specific dates and times.

Non-members are able to use the facility for family events at a predetermined rate. Rates are available by contacting the church.

Cornerstone does not rent it’s building for business and political use.


  • Upon contacting the office, complete this form no later than one week prior to the event.
  • Within one week of turning in the request, a church representative will contact you regarding the approval or denial of your request. At that time, deposit will be due and final paperwork signed.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Building usage is on a first come first scheduled basis. Although, church related activities will be given first priority on the church calendar. 
  • CANCELLATIONS: In the event of cancellation, it is important to CONTACT THE CHURCH OFFICE as soon as possible (from 8:30am – 4:00pm weekdays)
